The kid loves to eat!  Here he is trying to shove as many pieces of a cracker into his mouth as he can.  And found out today that he was stealing one of the other kid’s puffs at school!

Cooper is starting to crawl!  It’s a slow modified left leg crawl but he’s on the move.  Time to baby-proof the house…

We spent the afternoon listening to some guy tell us our water is “hard” and full of rocks or something.  He’d mix some chemicals with our water and it would turn some color and then he’d say it’s because our water is contaminated.  We can fix it by getting a water filter system thing for $7000…which of course did not happen.

Christian spent the day golfing with friends.  Cooper and I took a trip to Target.  He made himself (and Sophie) comfortable while we strolled around the store.

Who are they kidding with a “self-feed tray?!”  I want to know whose child isn’t going to just dump the tray…they were hard to pick up but Cooper seemed to like these diced apples (and I did too!).

Came home to find the lot across the street being cleared.  Sad that we don’t have a view of trees anymore…hoping for fun, young neighbors with young kids…

Laura Royek and I participated in The Old School Aquathon.  (300 m swim, then 1 mi run – x3)  It was harder than I thought it was going to be but I finished and didn’t come in last!

Christian took the day off so we could spend our 2^nd anniversary together.  We decided to go to the movies – The Avengers (3D).

I stayed late at work so Christian picked up Cooper and took a trip to the grocery store.  He looks excited.

Christian found a turtle in the yard so he brought it on the deck for Cooper to check out.  The turtle never did come out of its shell…

Out to dinner with Greg and Homa.  First time Cooper sat in a restaurant high chair, which wasn’t a problem except that as soon as he dropped Sophie, he bent down to look for her and knocked his head on the marble table.  Oops.

Cooper received a package in the mail – a new outfit and an airplane teether – from Kristen Cornell.  He probably would have been content with the tag from the clothing ;)
